These files usually come in an A4 format with white margins and multiple pages that are difficult to manage on a thermal printer. If you print them without optimization, the barcodes often fail to scan at the courier hub, leading to delayed pick-ups and frustrated customers. Our Meesho Label Crop Tool is designed to solve these challenges instantly.
Our tool offers advanced sorting features to speed up warehouse operations. You can Sort by SKU to group identical products, Sort by Pickup Partner (Shadowfax, Delhivery, etc.) for easier courier handovers, and Sort by Size (XS→XL or Kids 6Y→14Y) within each SKU.
Every label is automatically identified, cropped, and centered for 4x6 inch thermal paper. We remove the extra white space and margins from the original A4 Meesho PDF, ensuring your thermal printer uses exactly the amount of paper needed.

Ensure you're downloading the original high-resolution PDF from Meesho. Avoid using screenshots or compressed files, as these lose the vector quality needed for crisp thermal printing.
Check your printer settings to ensure the page size is set to 4x6 inches or 100x150mm. Our labels are perfectly centered, but the hardware driver needs to know the correct roll size.
Inside your print dialog, set the 'Scale' to 100% or 'Fit to Area'. Do not use 'Fit to Page' if it stretches the label beyond 4x6 dimensions, as it might distort the barcode lines.
Our tool reads the 'Product Name' or 'SKU' field directly from the PDF text. If the PDF is an image-only scan, SKU sorting might be limited. Always download the digital PDF from the supplier panel.
