The Service, including its "E-com Crop Toolkit" name, logo, proprietary algorithms, and UI elements, is the exclusive property of E-com Crop Toolkit and its licensors. You may not copy or reuse any portion of the visual design or code without express written permission.
You retain full ownership of your shipping labels, invoices, and PDF documents. Since processing occurs locally in your browser, we do not access, view, or store your files. You grant the Service permission to process these files temporarily on your device solely to generate your requested output.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. E-COM CROP TOOLKIT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Any claim or dispute between you and E-com Crop Toolkit that arises in whole or in part from the Service shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in global sellers.
